You're focusing a bit too much on someone who lives that far away.

She isn't the only woman, but it can seem that way if you are in a dry period. Though if she does seem that awesome, then just invite her to hang out. It's not going to seem "over-eager" if she feels the same way.

What sort of social life do you have? You ought to be placing yourself in social situations where you're meeting new people pretty often. Not talking about simple cold approaching, either, which is actually pretty advanced. There's a ton of low hanging fruit out there.

Just take her to lunch. You had one really good night with her, if the lunch goes well with no other intentions besides getting to know her, you’ll have a lot more nights.
