First way to react to a shit test? Not to react at all.
"Going to the gym makes you big and strong."
"So you're not going to the gym."
"But you also have to be sure to eat well."
Don't flinch, don't make a face. Make her wonder if you either didn't hear her or didn't care. It's very high value being able to simply brush aside what someone just said to you.

Second way is the classic agree and exaggerate.
"Well obviously. Why would I need to make myself big and strong when I already look like this?"
And you might comically flex your muscles with a cheeky expression.
Again, high value from being able to dismiss something petty like that and not have it affect you. Also don't go defensive or anything like that. As Todd V says, doing this kind of counter shows you're the one being normal and she's being a little bit weird/off.

Lastly, you can misinterpret what she says to elevate yourself and potentially reverse the shit test on to her.
"Oh you think I'm already big and strong? I know, but thanks. Do you always flirt with guys so openly?"
This is great as it can put her in a position where she feels like she has to start qualifying herself.

So the consistent theme here is be non-reactive:
Don't let a flicker of nervousness or doubt come over your face, don't be like "Wow okay, rude."
Show her you know and like who you are, and that a tiny little shit test means nothing to you.
After all - if she's shit testing you, she's interested. Gain confidence from that.
