I'll teach you how to reduce your flake rate by a lot.

Approach: See a girl you want to talk to, tell her what's on your mind. If she's beautiful tell her that, if she has a cool hair dye, tell her that. Adapt to the situation, talk about stuff around your surroundings. If she's at a train station, ask her where she is heading off to. If she's at school, ask her what subject she's taking or w/e. Don't talk about random shit like, spongebob (talking from experience). Once you have something to talk about, use questions and statements. Also try to make her laugh, if you can make her laugh, it's a good indicator of interest. Keep it short and sweet, if you talk too much the interest will fade away quick. After 5 mins of talking ask her if she wants to get coffee or something, if she says yes it's a instant date, if she says no, ask for her number and tell her, i'll take you out later. After she gives her number, hug her!! Hugging her will decrease your flake rate a lot, because you can hug her already.

Date: Since she was busy and you couldn't go on tje instant date with her, wait a day or 2 before you text her (so you don't seem clingy). If she texts you, keep it short, andsave the talking for the date. Once you have free time, tell her, i'm going to the mall or park, want to come? If she's busy again, take picture of the place so she knows things are still happening without her. Wait 1 week and ask her again, if she's busy again, delete her off your phone.
