The way you finished your posts says it all. You already think you are pathetic (you most likely aren't, and you could change that anyway), and are using each rejection as proof of it.
Learn to accept yourself, not in a "I'm perfect as I am and I don't need to change" way, but by working towards your goals and whatever it is that you value; you obviously think you don't measure to some metric that you have for success. Work on that thing you care about (some likely examples: your job, your aesthetics, any addictions, not having good hobbies..).
Once you have a more solid and positive image of yourself, you will treat rejection as a simple missmatch of personality instead of confirmation bias about preconceived thoughts about you. You will also be rejected less because no one likes negative people btw.

Get rejected a lot (gradual desensitization), and try adopting philosophies like "It's awesome if this works, but it's ok if it doesn't"
