I work with a lady who's divorced and has two kids. She's 7 years older than me, but she was all about just hooking up with no strings attached. We ended up having sex one time, but for some reason my logical brain kicked in because I had a girlfriend at the time and I backed out of it (like an idiot), and now I regret it.

I spoke with her over the summer and just wanted to meet up for some drinks and hope to bury the hatchet with her and maybe get it going again. Her words said she was interested in grabbing drinks, but said that since she "just started a new job, and had to see how her schedule is" but I never followed up again as I don't know if she was still bent out of shape because I didn't hook up with her again after that first time.

I want to reengage this with her, but I don't know how to go about it. How would you guys recommend I go about it with her?
