As far back as I can remember I've always been a really sensitive person, which I know is not perceived to be a manly trait at all, but very beneficial for my career which requires a lot of empathy and sensitivity (massage therapy).

Like when people are ragging on me (jokingly, I think) or one of my buds I get defensive and feel empathy for my buddy or anger just from a little comment. Then when I try to make a comment back (usually lame) I feel bad about it LOL, sometimes I feel like quite a bitch.

I know in my head that I shouldn't be so sensitive about little things but I cannot seem to control it and I think it's partly contributing to my struggles at finding friends to do stuff with. I'm thinking I have some ego issues to work on but other than that how do I stop being so sensitive?
