No you can't do it that way, Before closing the girl you have to present value and you cant just take value from her. She doesn't win anything on that. It is a bit creepy aswell, see it from her perspective. A stranger comes up from nowhere and asks you out, its pretty weird. And how can you even be sure you want to take a drink with her? Maybe shes a moron and completely uninteresting. Thats why you NEED to build rapport, She needs to get to know you and you need to get to know her. I would recommend that you in the beginning are very direct and say something like " Hi I doing blablblalba and I saw you and thought you were really cute so I just had to come and say hello". Try to hold the conversation for as long as possible and then eject when it has a natural ending. Repeat.

Never ask women about dating.

Approach and make her uncertain about you being interested. Noone likes someone that is easy. Say something like: Hey.. etc. and ''Well, I was just gonna see if you were somewhat of a cool person''. This makes her uncertain if she'll get together with you.
