I've recently been trying to approach more women or just people in general to talk to and get out of my comfort zone a little bit before heading back to college. I've been getting better at getting girls away from the party or even their friends, but when I get them outside or away from the party to just talk. I LOSE MY DAMN MIND. I just blank out and cannot think of anything peak to her interest levels and end up just asking questions but eventually those run thin and seems like she starts to lose interest.

What are some good things to talk about or do when getting a girl alone for a little while? I just can't seem to get past this point to get to the next level whether that be kissing or sex. I just need some more specific things to talk to them about when I get them alone and I can't.
