I've noticed that a lot of guys don't know how to build attraction. Like my friend who starts joking with a girl. He jokes about anything and I mean ANYTHING. It can't even be called a joke because it's not funny. It's just the "we are laughing and having fun because we are laughing" kind of thing. And nothing comes of it when it's targeted at a specific girl.

Well, I don't have a problem building attraction. I do it without smiling or joking. I can talk to her about ANYTHING. I can do it with a cashier while at the store. It doesn't matter. I can just subtly show them that I find them attractive. Or I can go all the way, show them that I like them. When I do this, most girls pick up that I am interested.

BUT I have a problem building comfort. I am not the 'haha' type of person like my friend. I am more serious and generally give the happy vibe when I am around people I know.

There is this girl who my 'haha' friend was into. But besides a few 'haha' moments with her. It went nowhere. And it went nowhere because she meets a lot of guys and has 'haha' moments with them too. It doesn't mean much to her.

A few weeks later. I did my thing. And she went full shy. And every time I saw her, she relaxed a little bit. But still nervous. And since she is nervous, it makes me nervous. And we are at a status quo.
