Anyway I finally did it..I finally sucked it up and approached a girl and talked to her.

She's a good looking girl in my opinion that works at the local gym as me, however I didn't ask for her number..I asked for her facebook. (Don't ask me why..my brain when i asked went to facebook)

I talked to her for a good 20 minutes after my workout and asked her for her facebook, although when i asked her in my head i sounded like a complete idiot and my adrenaline was running...not sure where I go from here at all...
