Tonight there was a wedding ceremony in the street where my family live in. It is a quite common thing in my country at summers. Actually, I am living in a different city so, i dont know many people at this city. Anyway, also I am trying to overcome social anxiety so i decided to go in. At first i approached many men and had many conversations to not look so awkward and it was quite fun. After that i saw some beautiful girls while sitting with my new friends and decided to approach one of them. I tried to had a eye contact with her, even i couldnt catch a solid one i think she understand my intent. Then music started and people started to dance. she was looking like having fun from dancing and music was so loud so i could not interrupt her. we have danced side by side with her but i couldnt say her anything other than "why the music is so loud?". She danced for hours and i gave up her and tried to approach one of her friends who is not dancing. I approached her and say "do u live here". My plan was saying " Yeah, if this beautiful girl had lived here i would definitly know her" if she answers no. And she answered "no... we are family of bride" with a look in her face that i couldnt understand she is disgusted at me or frightened by me. However, it just fucked me up and i just started to saying nonsense things ,which i couldnt even remember, with a blushed face. And after i finished she just nodded and we just sit there side by side for a while and then she walk away to her friends. This was my first attempt to approach a woman, i would think there is no difference between approaching a man and approaching a woman but it just isnt, girls are like "what this person wants from me" you have to show your intent immedietly or have a confidence and balls to keep talking to a person that listens you like you are a begger. If you have read all of this what do you advice to me? Btw i am average looking guy 19 y old Also how should I talk with a girl when their parents nearby?
