So overall I have already gained a ton from seduction and self help books/forums over the years. Im still no where near having the skills Im working towards but Im optimistic in my future improvement. Especially now that I addressed my anxiety issues with medication and therapy - which has helped immensely.

But I have a skepticism of how much a man can really fundamentally improve himself. This mostly comes from my lack of real world examples of people putting these concepts into action - mostly the people I know have been fairly predictable and stable over the years - especially the men in my life.

Since my knowledge of improvement comes from theoretical examples from online and books its hard to break the idea that people are exaggerating how much they really changed or at least how possible it is to do for a larger audience.

Would love to speak candidly one day about seduction/self-help with a fellow enthusiast like myself but so far I haven't had the opportunity and I feel stuck in the dark. I live in New York so its not like I dont have the chance to meet men like this

Anyone else have this feeling?
