I admit it. I'm an AFC. I get all the stuff I'm reading here but I still have one major problem. The approach. Who to approach and specifically where to go to approach women. I've never approached anyone in real life. I've only used online dating and I want to change that. The problem is that the only place I see women in my day to day life is at the gym.

Please give me a step by step guide on exactly what I need to do to meet women. The more specific, there better. I know talking to them is what I need to do but first I need to put myself I'm a situation where I can do that with women who are single and interested in meeting a guy.
