Hi guys, this Friday I went out on this party of friend of mine, and met this gorgeous girl. Unfortunately, she was accompanied by her annoying friend, who's into her so I had just a short convo with her without (in my opinion) opportunity to open up and flirt. I preserved a strong eye contact but other than that, nothing meaningful. Since I had a boost of confidence reading you guys but I haven't put it into the practice, my question is, since I am a student in a foreign country, how big of a problem language barrier is? I can understand people speaking (80% of the time) but I can't contribute much to the convo when in a bigger group of people. I know that I need to stop reading and youtubeing but sometimes, in situations like this, I feel like I need more things to incorporate in order to open up.
