First off, I'm new here, so if I say anything out of place, forgive me.

Backstory about me (might not be that important, feel free to skip):

I left my ex-wife in December. I found out about some pretty heinous shit she'd done, and despite giving the relationship a shot, I decided I could never trust her again. I left.

Since then, I've hated women. It's taken a lot for me to get over that and even desire to spend time with girls again, but now I'm in the mode where I just want to go have fun. My schedule makes that hard on me, though, which brings me to my topic...

So there's an ultra-fucking-hot (HB8? Did I say it right?) girl that works at the front desk for my office's security staff. I only see her when she gets there in the morning since I work the night shift at a call center, and until the other day, I hadn't said more than a couple of words to her.

I decided I was going to start talking to girls again, and approached her the next day. It was my Friday, so I wouldn't be back in for a few days. We talked for like, an hour. Every time I tried to wrap up the conversation and get her number, she kept talking. Finally, at the end, she told me, "Thanks for making my hour fly by." I asked her, "Yeah, I had a great time talking, we should talk again." "Oh yeah, definitely!" she said, cheerfully. I was fishing to see if I could get her to volunteer her number, but I don't think she got the point. I finally asked, "Can I text you while I'm off?" I didn't mention going out to do anything, which I maybe should have. She enthusiastically gave me her number. It made my day that I can still talk to girls at least a little bit after being in such a fucking terrible relationship with such a bad ending.

Now, I come to a point where I am in a bind. This problem won't be limited to just this girl... when could I possibly hang out with her? She works monday-friday during the day like a normal person, and I work friday-tuesday nights. She lives halfway across the city. Any night that she would have to go out or otherwise spend time is interrupted by me having to work at 1030pm. I mean, I SUPPOSE I could try to start something with her earlier during the day, but that's kind of unfamiliar territory with me... what do you do? Take her out on a picnic? "Hey baby, I made that sandwich myself, wanna go back to my place and have some alcoholic iced tea?" I mean, I dunno...

Usually, if I can lock in a good date, I'm all set, but I've never been in this sort of scheduling situation. What are some ideas, Seddit? I'm drawing a blank.

EDIT: I actually just had an idea: I'm going to tell her to come on a bike ride with me. I ride motorcycles and have a spare jacket and helmet, and it didn't even cross my mind before. It'll not only be fun and exciting, she'll have to force herself to view me as trustworthy to even get on the thing, not to mention that she's pretty much in as close physical contact to me as you can get and still be in public. Plus, I get her to participate in my second most beloved hobby.
