OK guys, I'm a bit lost here. I met a girl during holidays while I was in another island. We were getting along very well and I liked her. I had to come back before my friends and I saw her again in the same boat. We were talking and all seemed good. We were saying goodbye at the end, and she came back to me, hold my hand and ask me when will we see each other. Even I can tell what that means, or I hoped so. She proposed to meet today, so of course I agreed. But today she said she couldn't and that she will tell me when. I mean, she seamed very eager to meet at the boat, and the "I'll tell you" most of the time is forget about it. What do you guys think? I plan to ask her tomorrow anyways in case you guys want to know.
