I just realised that I've been running mostly this type of game my whole life.
What I do is socialise super heavily, get lots of laughs, bond with the dudes and flirt with the girls, when in a social group, with everyone EXCEPT for my target.
The target feels almost ignored by everyone else, especially as I make no effort to include her, so when I finally turn my attention to her, it's a relief.
The good thing is, this works quite often, especially with shy girls.
The bad thing is, this probably stems from my anxiety in talking and bonding one on one with a girl, and that it's useless in a social setting in which I cannot lead the social group we're in.
Any advice for how to transition more to a one-on-one game?
