Take it slow, this progress is a marathon and not a sprint. Already talking to girls is huuuuge step in this progress. Some dudes can't even talk to girls at all. When you say you go out, that is good! If you dont leave your house you wont meet people and then nothing will happen. Seek to go out at least a couple of times a week, and TALK to people, talk to girls, ask for the number, have fun. And talk to guys as well, you wanna be social.

So start by going out, approaching people and talking. Not like talk to one girl a night, the more the better.

Of course this is just small stuff to begin with, but it will open your eyes to this fantastic world that is pickup.

Also go ahead and look at the sidebar and surf around, there is enough material for a lifetime. This is also a warning, theory can only teach you so much, you must put yourself out there and be in the real world. And then theory can be build upon this foundation.

Go out, talk to people, read a little bit.
