Yeah no way around that shit, we've all been there so don't worry about it! I don't really like doing routine stuff but if you really cant get yourself to do it it might be an idea to have a line to open or something. Other than that, just ask for the time or something dumb, it doesn't really matter. With people in your social circle you have to keep it on the down low, because you propably have some friends in common and you don't want to be 'that guy'. All people can turn into high self esteem! My ex girlfriend used to be extremly insecure about herself. I managed to help her alot in the years we were together, the hard part is really getting people started. They have to want to better themselves you cant really push it onto them. It's not a bad thing at all! I believe what you are referring to as a 'nice guy' is a guy that puts others over themselves and not having personal boundaries. It seems to me that you are good to go! It could just be bad luck but who really knows without being there or seeing it. You should know that it's possible to pull and close on the first date, and that is what you should be going for not settling for less. But how are your texts after the date? Needy? It seems like you are not grounded my friend. To me it feels like your energy is aaaall over the place. Sloooow down, try to think about it's not about your energy but intensity. Some things to try is of course breathing, slow that mothafucka down. Meditation is key for this, for me meditating for around 20 minutes a day does the trick. Yeah, I've done this before. One girl I just randomly called up on Skype and talked to her for a while, just chilling and having fun. It's important to not hold grudges or anything like that. Another chick I just wrote "Hey, whats up" on Facebook and a chat just started. I would probably just have a chat with the person first, and then ask them out. Best thing you can do is just talk to her about it. There can only be one outcome from that. Either she wants the same and you get into a LTR and you'r happier, else she doesn't want the same and you will be happier because you didn't waste your time on someone who doesn't feel the same as you.
