Well don't say "I'm going to fuck you" ... that sounds rapey as fuck lol
Make sure you're close to the girl you want physically. Lean into her ear and in a smooth (not loud) voice say, "I find you very sexy and I want to go home with you." If she doesn't say no and looks interested or waits for you to do something, grab her hand and lead her to the cab. If she shit tests or criticise you for being so direct and forward, don't apologise and hold your frame. Handle any criticisms with wit. E.g if she says "excuse me?", say "you're excused." "you can't just say things like that", "actually I can."
Also have a wingman so he could handle the other girl, two girls together typically are looking to hook up but you don't want to leave one out, that's why it's good to have a wingman.

Small talk is completely meaningless bullshit, and it does nothing to move things forward to sex, in fact it can ruin things like you found out.

You can talk about everything in a positive way. Talk about you positive experiences, your emotions and feelings (not facts). Besides talking about yourself, be a good listener, ask her questions. Girls love to talk about themselves. Don't be afraid to be funny and flirty. Tease her if there any chance to do so.
