So a Buddy thinks that if I walk by a group of girls, or girl, and one of them glances at me to see what I look like and looks back at her friend, that's an IOI. To me it just seems like natural distraction that she looks at someone who is passing by.

Here's where I really think of a chick glancing at you : a girl was at a lounge/bar last night talking to her friend. She looked at me twice (I caught her those two times) so I approached and she tells me she's married. I chat with her for a minute later and wish her a good night. Was this an IOI?
