The content of your message is almost irrelevant. While you can clearly see that IG DM's aren't the best way to go about asking her out, if she's going to say yes, then she's going to say yes. Be you. Say what you feel. Let her know you're intrigued and that you'd love to grab coffee sometime. Something simple that isn't a huge commitment. That's my take on it.
