Think of things people like about you and how you could show them in a photo or video format. Talents, cool hobbies, great social life all this brings value.

Another important thing is to understand that if you don’t have much value to display at the moment – document the progress of your improvement. If you want to post photos with abs, but don’t have abs – document your workouts. Women like motivated men. Use Instagram as a motivation, as a progress log!
