(1: Girl in striped shirt, shorter) - Studying, you sit at table working and eating, then go back, she leaves, ultimately do nothing.

Feedback: Perfect opportunity before you started working to direct open: "Psst! That shirt on you looks great on your figure, the stripes do a nice job - I'm Alex." Rapport build, what're you studying, occupation escalate to meet set.

(2: Chinese woman in grey dress, model body) - Comes in, attempts to look at you when you're socializing - walks around while she waits, then grabs her drink, aloof. Walk near her later when you look around the wall, she's aloof again.

Feedback: Don't let aloofness stop you - results over reactions. Just approach normally, a clever way would be - "Hey, what nationality are you?" then typed in "I thought you looked stunning in your dress, very graceful - and I wanted to meet you" in Google translate, then introduced yourself after showing her, saying "Not sure how accurate this is."

(3: Girl w/ Tea) - Comes up while you're focused on something, see in periphery - open casually, get her hot water. Eye contact with smile, "Room?" she smiles back and goes. Comes back later when you leave and gives back the cup.

Feedback: Two opportunities to open - "That sure was a flirtatious smile..." indirect direct, rapport build; when she leaves, "Hey, I love the way that shirt looks on you, and you seem like a very warm person, I'm Alex." > rapport build to meet.

(4: Candace) Comes up, pleasantries, orders, says something silly "BHR thing" ask "Thing?" eye contact, and she tries to qualify - leaves, ultimately do nothing.

Feedback: Better to not tease so hard at first, compliment to ease her up, she had up a guard - "I like your nonchalance, thing... I'm the same way" fist bumped, rapport built.

(1: Bartender with interesting eyes) - Comes up, reacts well to normal interaction, you ask with curiosity with a slight tinge of neediness if she was the girl the other night, she says "No..." and it gets awkward, after she might have mentioned "boyfriend", no rapport and slightly wanting in results.

Feedback: Bad improvisation of your action's ineffectiveness, needed to just communicate "Ehh... whatever, so what's your name anyway? You seem interesting and I like your eyes, I'm Alex." She probably thought it was the old standby "You look familiar..." and threw a wall of almost instantly, just be honest and curious about things at first.

(2: Teacher with little dog) - Comes up, playful open, "Is one of these drinks for the dog?" she laughs and responds warmly. Start rapport building about her career and getting to the root of things "Why do you like it?" and relating, good execute, just left the interaction wanting.

Feedback: Names would've been beneficial at the beginning after the playful open, qualifiers would help too during the conversation.

(3: Christine) - Girl you're "working on" - need to execute a meet ask and quick, time will drag on and she'll friend zone you harder than she already deserves to do so. Basically chase frame at the beginning - "Hey, long time no see - I haven't been avoiding you" with a smile and she responds well. Ultimately do nothing.

Feedback: Pretty much need to rapport build quick, get a read and qualify her and communicate your interest so she isn't dancing around with you wasting both of your time anymore.

(1: Caitlyn) - Comes up, genuine warmth, she gets sassy and I disqualify the interaction and she laughs, no more.

Feedback: Why not starting to rapport build when you were on the front helping her, couldn't hurt, and you might move the interaction forward.

(2: Brenna) - Looked familiar, didn't articulate it, she seemed to laugh when she was talking, and I was playful the entire time. Randomly ask her if she's ever been to where you used to work, and she says yes, and you two start to see familiarity.

Feedback: The entire time she's largely blase, you likely needed to rapport build when you were taking her order, not at the bar.

Broke it off with a two year relationship about two weeks ago, ran into my ex today spontaneously even (no eye contact). A part of me still doesn't feel over her because I've been scared to approach again not because I'd get rejected, but because if I did it'd have a chance of starting a new relationship and therefore voiding out ours for another chance, ours was very strong because we'd been through a lot of shitty circumstances, but she was consistently miserable and I started to feel drained, so I think a stronger part of me started to realize maybe I was in love with being miserable - and what sense does that even make? Anyways, here's the approach.

See a cute girl in the grocery store, long, natural blonde hair, skinny, count to ten, I bitch out, see her again, I bitch out. I set a time limit of 20 minutes to talk to someone who was a girl and also pretty before I got out of my car, so I casually walk to my car, then she starts putting groceries in hers, close to mine.

So I BS to wait, and accidentally set off my car alarm, holy shit that was awkward, but I laugh it off and despite everything as soon as she gets in I walk over and say "Hi, I saw you earlier and had to say before we both left that you look utterly elegant, I'm Alex." - it was a ride of nerves, but easier than I remember two years ago. My timer that I set actually starts going off while I'm beginning to rapport build - funny coincidence.

Anyways, after some quick rapport building and after she hooks, I ask her to go sit down at the cafe outside, "Sure", no resistance. I lead her over, and let things get quiet, where she then hooks again with more questions and keeps the conversation going. We sit under the umbrella because it's about to rain, she sits in a chair when there was a couch right next, so it's definitely indicative of her not being entirely comfortable. I comfort build some because I think there was enough attraction off the approach, this girl was beaming almost the entire time. Not a lot of physicality, but I compliment her a few more times.

Basically mix up childhood, passions, etc. - just a quick blueprint of who she is essentially, I relate and listen mostly. After a good 10-15 minutes of sitting down she mentions she has to go because she has perishables in her car, understandable, so I close then and there - when are you free for a coffee, set logistics time/place? At first it's an "I'll let you know" but I persist and get two days she's good, set something up then disqualify the offer with "You seem intriguing but I'd like to see if you're the whole package" she laughs and gives me her real phone number (test it!). Somewhere in the conversation I also start to give a chase frame about coffee with cute boys, but she literally starts saying something about coffee with a cute guy, indirectly complimenting me.

When we get up I walk her to her car, and she gets a "Good night" from two other guys, and I tease her, "We must already look like a couple with them saying that, I think we're moving too fast!" then she comes back with "I think one of them tried to hit on me before you." and I said "Good thing I whisked you off to the cafe, then" and she laughed and agreed. At her car, I hugged her and said it was nice meeting, see her Thursday.

Feedback:

Not the sexiest vibe, but she was attracted still - more touching would be better
What I felt here was genuinely a curiosity to see what happened when I said "Hi" to this girl, not "Oh man I want to get in your pants, give me the pussy!"
Good job persisting when she said she gave the old 'LMK' - less experienced
Moved her and created a more vivid experience, sitting down and getting more comfortable was definitely and improvement over not moving, made the interaction last longer
She pulled first at the end, but I disqualified my offer and chase framed a bit, persisted also
Was genuine more than I used "game", but the "game" helped me out in the tough spots
More qualifying would be useful

Feedback: Perfect opportunity to introduce yourself and rapport build, she's a person, not a mannequin. She probably liked that you complimented something other than her looks.

(1: Red head, med. school) - Small talk with adventures, no she was working; tease her a bit and qualifies with going to Columbus, starts telling you about herself, why she's going to med. school etc. You listen, but don't particularly relate, escalate, or sexualize.

Feedback: Need to introduce yourself before rapport building, builds more comfort - practice digging deeper into vignette of who she is and weave a more vibrant picture.

(2: Pink steering wheel, dirty blonde) - Open with playful "You're the only girl with a pink steering wheel I've ever seen", she's receptive and starts qualifying with other pink things. You ask if her room is pink, says "No", you tease with "I wouldn't enjoy a fully pink bedroom". Start rapport building about job, never get to school/career.

Feedback: Another opportunity to introduce yourself after the banter, before rapport building. Get to the deeper details about her aspirations, move out of small talk fast.

Feedback: Need to get to rapport building fast and state intentions in a smooth way before she totally loses interest like Alyssa girl from last summer.

(2: Brunette, petite, dance clothes) - Spot her, get off, then go out the door, walk past... Go back but, poof!

Feedback: You don't have anything to lose by telling her you like her look and introducing yourself: "Hey, I'm glad I just got off... I wanted to tell you I like your look today, it's so chill but fit at the same time, I'm Alex." Get logistics figured out, rapport build quickly - meet set, voila.

(1: Blonde in polo cap) - Reading a book, she's on the phone near you, after she goes she inches closer to you (AI) and hovers for a short bit. When you leave she follows you out... practically begging to talk to you man...

Feedback: Just turn around, quit thinking, and say "Hi", trust that you have the game plan intuitively figured out, just roll with the punches.

(2: Glasses with turquoise top, skinnier) - Walked into the middle of the aisle, she is there also, you pause as she does. Ultimately walk away and lose her.

Feedback: There is a pattern here! You see the girl, psych yourself out, and lose her and you regret not taking the chance - learn or bring yet another very pretty girl into your life, easy choice! Say "Hi" that's it! Jump in!

(1: Brunette with tattoo in FIAT) - Rolls up, she's very neutral (reactions don't matter), and you relate that one of your co-workers has the same car but black... and... let her go. Nothing evolves from there.

Feedback: Instead of talking about your co-worker, ask her about her tattoo or tell her you like her look today and see where things lead from there. Nothing is lost from her not "responding" well.

(2: Sports car workaholic, brunette) - Comes up, this girl has the "on" face... Banter about her adventures with her dog, you two are both basically beaming...

Feedback: Could deep dive her for practice next time.

(3: Grey dress, brunette, FUCK) - See her in the aisle, go down another aisle, you two are in the main aisle, she straight up does a 180 and follows you, you turn into another aisle and lose her.

Feedback: This should start to feel painful, fourth girl in a week where you could have made both of your lives better and you ducked out. Just say "Hi" and get the ball rolling, attraction and your intuitive understanding will do the rest of the work. Nothing to lose!

(1: Blonde w/ dog) - See the girl driving home, stop, catch up, direct "Hey, I know this is really impromptu - but I was driving home and saw your hair and it caught my eye, I'm Alex." Melts, boyfriend, impressed with you immensely, "A real gentleman... etc." Move on after she said she had a boyfriend.

Feedback: Was really forward, didn't help you followed her for a block, but to look at it another way you were feeling like absolute shit and did it anyway. Rejection didn't hurt at all, you just kind of skidded off glad you could do it.

(1: Brunette in workout clothes, slight butter face?) - Saw her and you thought about approaching her, and were about to get up, but... you didn't.

Feedback: Don't let the nerves stop you man, you've done this before and it usually doesn't go badly, trust that you'll be okay with whatever.

(2: Brunette studying in shoes) - Came in, you thought about approaching again, but apparently she went to study. Evidently she moved her things to where you were and you continued to study, she might've been gazing towards you that one time and she was often facing you. She got up after a bit, maybe a bit frustrated nothing happened.

Feedback: Honestly what happened was you waited way too long, it might've been more natural to get her when she went outside, but just going over there without any care for judgment and telling her how honestly distracting she's been and introducing yourself would've been the other route. "Hey, I can't help but say you have a talent with distracting boys while they're trying to study with your good looks... I'm Alex. :)" banter about not being able to focus, rapport build, would've been easyyyyyyyy!

Also went to the store and walked around for a new high, you didn't get your head bit off, even if a creepy store associate was semi-stalking you. Girl with red hair lingered and took a path to walk right by you, was an invitation to say "Hi." get some new prospects so you aren't so needy, and remember, focus on the mission!

Feedback: Need to drop the self consciousness and anxiety and just walk to her anyway, you're going to have nerves. Just say "Hi" and tell her how she's pretty and you wanted to meet her, then get to know her and see how things play out afterwards.

(2: Girl in polka dot dress, brunette) - She walks past, and she's looking down (AI), ultimately do nothing.

Feedback: Again, say "Hi", do a 180 and tell her you like how she looks in the dress and meet her, see what she's about and connect.

(3: Feminist sociologist, hyper-educated girl) - Walks past, you see her hair, FINALLY walk to her and say "Hi" and you were barely nervous, you had almost no nerves! Talk to her for a bit but realize she's not that interesting to you and you dip out.

Feedback: Scrap the interaction, look at this as you standing up to your emotions and saying "Hi" anyway, just remember, "Let's see what this girl is like..." Barely any nerves at all, just realize when your emotions turn you around or try to take you away from something potentially great happening. Something in conversation that should've been better was you talking about yourself - make a big splash implicitly.

Feedback: Do you want results, man? CLOSE. "Hey, I got out of a relationship a month ago and haven't been up to it, but now I think I'm ready to say you seem like a cool girl who's worth getting to know who happens to look pretty cute, what's your schedule like?" Be congruent with what you're feeling and state your intentions, remember the curtain is opening, you're in your element.

(2: Mood ring eyes) - Comes up, thought she was another girl, complimented her eyes anyways, made the mood ring analogy, she's on, you introduce yourself, she does the same.

Feedback: That had some potential for rapport building.

(3: Blue skirt girl) - See her walking down main aisle, you move to a side aisle, she does the same, comes around and walks past aisle into the opposite side aisles, ultimately do nothing because you're anxious about saying "Hi", some big excuses were whether she was pretty enough, if she was too old, etc.

Feedback: Enough excuses, be grounded and just walk over and say "Hi" - you know what you're doing, open the curtains.

(4: Yellow tank top girl) - See her in the pharmacy, walk past into another aisle, wander around for a bit, she walks past again, you walk opposite way, she disappears. No results.

Feedback: Action generates results, results are what you want, tell her she looks adorable and that you want to talk to her and introduce yourself, it's healthy. Open the curtains, they're opening, you can't stop them - jump into your element.

Feedback: Remember, it's better to find out if you two could have made a difference for the better in each other's lives than sulk away and keep over-complicating things. You're attracted to her, therefore, you approach - you're enough, man, say "Hi" and tell you wanted to meet her, maybe compliment her.

Feedback: Good on you for taking action, seriously, it's not that hard to just say "Hi" to someone you're attracted to. The world did not even explode, and you met a few cute girls! Don't be afraid to move her, remember - if she doesn't move with you, she probably won't do anything else, do this early and get to know her a bit if she's not in a hurry. If she's in a hurry, something better to do instead of skipping that step would be prefacing a meet set with, "I know we don't know much about each other, but I like the energy you're giving off, you seem like a cool girl, what's your schedule like this week?" > meet set. Also remember if she's not enthusiastic about the date and flies excuses, to drop her, she's not worth the time, effort, and emotions. There are girls out there who like you, you need to find them.

Feedback: Stay in the line, ask her to wait a second, and if she asks why, tell her you wanted to meet her. Simple as that.

(2: Brunette in athletic shorts) - See her in produce, rationalize she's near an employee, excuse yourself, then she lingers where you are for a second, and she walks away. You check out and she happens to be in the same line, once again, you act pretty aloof, you really need to just tell her to wait a second and you wanted to meet her, if she complies that's good! She wants to meet you also.

Feedback: Did everything in your control to meet her, she just poofed! Good on you for being fine with being rejected before you even approach her, could tell you felt fine and were just curious to see if she was the big win. Remember, though - "What's she like?" not "Will she like me?".

(1: Taylor) - Studying, walk past to exam, feeling good, defeat excuses and turn around to meet her. Go in genuinely with "Hey, I was on my way to an exam but I saw you and turned around to meet you, I figured what'd I have to lose?" neutral to lukewarm open, you have some nerves that are probably being subcommunicated and you sort of choke up and stay present. She excuses herself when you don't really move the interaction forward to go to class.

Feedback: Well done standing up to the excuses, says a lot about your mental strength's growth. Main problem was the nerves and slight lack of confidence in the beginning, seriously, you've done this literally hundreds of times, it's not particularly novel. Say "Hi", let her know she's cute, see what she's up to, see if you two get along well and get to know each other a slight bit, set a meet when the two of you are enjoying each other's company and go on with your lives, possibly together, possibly not.

(2: Veronica) - Spot walking while you're on your way out of class, make yourself straight line your way to her. She catches you behind her prior to the open, but you casually catch up, open over your shoulder next to her direct "Hey, I saw you walking on my way to my car and thought you were absolutely adorable and wanted to meet you." - don't introduce yourself. Get a colder open, she's very short and cold, you ask her what she's up to, and then how she likes her job, and you get 1-4 word answers, safe to say she was unreceptive and/or was romantically unavailable. Come off a little more nervous again, tell her you were on your way back from class, she's basically boyfriend cards you after you open a newer thread and communicate you wanted to get to know her. You excuse yourself right after without saying anything.

Feedback: Well done hopping on the opportunity to meet a pretty girl, only problem was she was unreceptive, and why would you want to date someone who isn't enthusiastic about dating you? Also, you know what you're doing, quit pretending like you forgot and just flow through the process, be at ease and enjoy yourself, this isn't supposed to be nerve wracking. Say "Hi", start some small talk, then ask for compliance with the move option, and judge the interaction from there, then rapport build and meet ask once you two know a bit about each other.

(3: Girl walking through door) - You come up while she's exiting, say "Thank you" and you two leave each other unexplored potential.

Feedback: Turn around... say "Hi", tease her about opening the door for you even though she's a pretty girl, isn't supposed to be the other way around? See what she's up to, sit down with her, get to know her, build a bit of tension, flirt some, meet ask, voila. If she's receptive, she's compliant and enjoys your company and is enthusiastic about having met you, if she isn't - find one who is!

Feedback: Say "Hi", you were attractED to her, say so and see what she's like. If she's unreceptive now your question is answered, you wouldn't be happy with her.

(2: Grey yoga pants) See walking on your way out of class, deliberate shortly, but go over to say "Hi" anyways, nothing comes out of it except a fake smile. Likely either didn't hear you or it didn't command her, bad vocal tone.

Feedback: Good for the approach, wasn't attractive so sort of rejected her yourself after you said "Hi". No big deal.

Feedback: Opportunity to compliment her on the sparkle in her eye and get her name real quick because she was intriguing. Hard to escalate from there considering it was peak in DT, maybe receipt and "I'm really busy right now, but I'd like to get to know you better, "sign" here?"

(2: Brunette studying on patio with lacy white top on) Walk out to car to grab charger, aloof, walk past, notice her, don't bother to do anything.

Feedback: You want to meet girls right? Girls whom you find interesting who think the same about you? Why don't you say "Hi" and see what she's up to, chances are she'll be delighted to meet a charming guy like you. Get to know each other some and see if you get along well, schedule the meet when you need to get going.

(3: Petite brunette with big glasses) Comes up, small talk about adventures that weekend, start off small and she hooks, you're a bit vague but you convey some personality. Get her to open up about what she's "really" doing, preface it with "I'm not judging" and tease her about the club name.

Feedback: Okay for the pace of the interaction, she was receptive, a compliment or chase frame to polarize would have been good. "What color are your eyes?" - eye contact; "Oh, well, let me be forward with you, you seem pretty cute"; needed to screen for party girl, though. Let her go too soon in retrospect, easy to see what her schedule was like the next week at the end and plan something real quick.

(1: Brunette w/ vanilla perfume) - Sitting down, alone, in front of you (AI), friend/colleague/mentor comes in, sits down with her in an impromptu fashion. Continue to study and listen, ultimately taking no action.

Feedback: Prior to the other girl sitting down, that was an opportunity most definitely to meet her and find out what she was like. Does really matter in the long run if you get rejected? You find out she's not someone you'd like to keep around and you get the opportunity to find someone who is.

(2: Blonde with good style studying) - Another situation where her friend joined her casually. What essentially happened was you were sitting in front of her, a table open up - and after you got up, you realize she sat by you (AI). Ultimately her friend and her socialize and you continue studying, not bothering to engage the friend and ask if it's cool to talk to her friend, no action taken.

Feedback: What's really going through your head? I think you've reverted back to the apathy of approaching. What's the point if nothing will come out of it? What's the point if you get rejected? Let's answer those questions: You'll get experience and an opportunity to improve at the worst, a cool girl in your life who likes you at the best. If she rejects you, she doesn't know you, she was either unavailable or uninterested, two categories where women aren't worth thinking about if you have self respect. Find the women who're receptive or end up being receptive based on your interaction and enjoy them and share a beautiful experience together.

(3: Zoey) Walks in to order while you're studying, you don't really tell yourself to approach but you're interested no matter the excuses. Anyways, she walks out and you kind of shrug in apathy and continue studying. Another opportunity missed, do you see the pattern? If you don't take the opportunity you always lose - why not have the possibility of winning? Say "Hi" to the girl, ignore your extremely clever mind's way of protecting itself through its antiquated instincts. See what she's like, is she cool? Be honest and vulnerable about expressing your intent, most of the time she'll appreciate the boldness.

(4: Girl in sundress with small handbag) - Walks in while you're studying, hovers near you for a second, finds a spot closer to you in a chair. Catches her handbag on a chair and you smile, she sits down and you avoid eye contact if there IS any, and continue studying for approx. five minutes until her date comes in.

Feedback: In hindsight, it would be challenging to time this right, this is where finding out what a girl's up to is key. Catch the logistical information early, so you can lead the interaction down the right avenue. Few things that come to mind after hearing "I'm actually waiting on a date" are "Well I want to give the other guy a chance, so I'll just get your number and we'll figure something out later. But first I want to see if you're intriguing enough to plan a meet with." get her blueprint, convey your personality and give her some quick info about you. Then grab the info and plan accordingly.

(1: Brunette with tall, athletic figure) - Girl that WAS in your class behind you, occasionally you'd see some preening behind you or her catching a glance (AI). Decided it was worth the opportunity to wait after class, because you had nothing to lose and everything to gain. Sit and wait, pretty nervous - but the excited anticipation kind - Nate comes, takes you away and you walk together, then are honest with him about wanting to meet her.

Feedback: Tell Nate you'll talk to him later, respect yourself and give yourself the chance to meet a girl who might be potentially cool enough to become a part of your life. "Hey, after the exam I wanted to meet you since the class was over - you seem intriguing" - based on her reception, you could add in the bit about the eye contact, but it would've opened the door for you to meet her once there weren't any long term social repercussions.

(2: Brunette with stunning style on crosswalk) - Go out to ask Branden if he saw the girl you were waiting on, pretty needy question - whatever, it's a guy. Anyways, on your way over you catch the girl and you instantly start deliberating whether it's even worth talking to Branden, but do it anyways. She walks past, into CBA, across the promenade and poof, she's gone.

Feedback: Fairly hard to navigate with the negative social proof, but it was possible to introduce yourself anyways, despite it. Eventually she walks out after you get on and you notice SHE WAS PROBABLY 20-22, NOT 25+ LIKE YOU THOUGHT. Seriously, man, take the chance, girl number 6-7, out of all of these ONE AT LEAST would've been attracted and excited to develop some form of relationship with you. Respect yourself, stop rejecting yourself. With this girl, sit down, "Hey, I thought I had to start my shift, but evidently I have about 10 minutes and I figured you were a good bet on making those 10 minutes more enjoyable - I love the style, I'm Alex." See what she's up to, rapport built, enjoy her as a person - she legitimately would have been a great addition to your life if she enjoyed you also.

(1: Brunette with jean shorts and gorgeous thighs) - With her Mom, comes in, you're busy and don't acknowledge her, she looks up a few times from her phone and preens. Ultimately do nothing.

Feedback: Ask with genuine interest how their day's going, what they're up to. It wouldn't have hurt at all.

(2: Alex, black see through top (fuck...) with white jean shorts) - Comes in, greet her, she seems receptive after she brushes her hair with her hand and introduces herself, give her two high fives and it's ON. Ask her what she's up to, nothing, ask her plans for the weekend, nothing - sitting on her butt - (e.g. ASK ME OUT!!). Banter about having the same name and using it in each line of dialogue, lots of attraction here to work with. Start to rapport build, tells you about her dog, get its name, banter some about her dog. She peaces out, say you two's farewells when she's on her way out. Boss was there, this was most probably impossible to close, was good to see a receptive girl after the string of rejections though. Some will like you, others won't, focus on girls like this and maximize the interactions you have with them, keep moving along.

Feedback: Overall great interaction, hard to be man to woman with her because... boss. Good job being unstifled saying "Bye". Remember to fill her in on things about you so you aren't a total unknown. Only way this would work would be 1) boss not being there and/or 2) you walking around the counter when she was near the condiment bar, saying she seemed cool so far and that you'd like to do cappuccinos and conversation, asking her what her week was like and set the date, and move out quick.

(3: Blue dress w/ takeout) - Sitting on balcony, spot her walking into Chinese restaurant, tell yourself to get up and meet her, after seeing her walk back, don't spot her again and lose her.

Feedback: Good work getting up and attempting to take action, just lost the girl - literally. Next time this happens, you need to move faster and meet her as soon as you realize you'd like to, otherwise - with deliberation and hesitation - you more likely than not lose her. And remember - any opportunity not taken is always lost. Good way to open, "Hey, you've got this alluring air about you that's directed my attention away from the concert and I wanted to see what you're like, I'm Alex." > banter about what she's up to > move > rapport build/sexual tension > escalate to the max. Remember - if she likes you, she will not mind going along this process.

(4: Tall brunette with stunning style @TJ) - Walk back into produce, spot her with companion, fear about groups sets in (just engage her, not the group!), pause to check the recipe, they walk past, you walk over somewhere else, they pass you again, finally checking out you banter and rapport build with the associate, catching her looking at you a few times, ultimately walk out and do nothing.

Feedback: You've effectively spotted a girl who was interested in you and wanted you to meet her, simply walk over and fulfill her desire. "Hey, you look stunning and I simply wanted to meet you, I'm Alex." - if she likes you, she will be fine with this, remember, polarize - banter about what she's up to, if her companion comes, introduce yourself and talk briefly, then get the girl you wanted to meet out to one of the tables and rapport build some, escalate with logistics permitting.

Feedback: Primary fear here was flirting on the clock, but you've done it before and girls are usually pretty friendly about striking up a conversation at least. Anyways, best way here was to engage her before she left, "Hey" with a warm smile and motioned her over for an open "You looked interesting and I wanted to see if I was right or wrong about that, I'm Alex" move her out, rapport build/sexual tension, escalate.

(1: Christine) - Why are you attracted to her?: She has a quirky vibe but all the same vivacious in nature, very feminine. Came up, she was excited to see you and you were busy, told her hold on. Rapport built about working too much and exclaiming about a day off.

Feedback: Assume she's attracted, tell her she seems cool so far and you'd be willing to spend some time with her outside of work to see what she's like. This is getting old, you're dancing around the bush because you're scared. You've asked women out dozens of times, you need to embrace failure or you're never going to get anywhere further with women.

(2: Club girl) - Came up, usual interaction, exclaimed she looked like she was going to the club self amusedly and she interjects with "...Actually going to work" - don't bounce back and more or so shrug and let her go.

Feedback: Being honest about how you feel, making progress! Just badly calibrated, instead of disqualifying/teasing her, just genuinely tell her her style looks great today. Polarize her, voila.

(4: B&W Striped dress - HS) - Comes up, she lights up/is attracted, banter about her being on fleek for school. Let her go because #HS.

Feedback: Yeah, high school, no thanks!

(5: Brunette, younger) - Comes up, transition into rapport building, closed off, unreceptive, next.

Feedback: Unreceptive, and you next, easy.

(6: Corn hole girl) - Why were you attracted to her?: She had a calm demeanor but seemed to have a sense of humor. Came up, banter about playing the game where you check the back for what they have in people's cars, banter about playing that weekend and beating everyone for "Me" and she said she'll think of you when playing.

Feedback: Definitely receptive girl, need to close these fast, enough bantering and dancing, just move quickly and get the results.

(7: Blonde w/ shorter hair) - Normal interaction, she has a cute smile when she goes for the card so you comment about her being self amused, "Hey, the way you're smiling looks so amused, are you easily amused?" then relate that you are to.

Feedback: Good interaction, good open, no bantering or rapport building, though, therefore it fell off and she left.

(1: Blonde whom tripped) - Saw her walking ahead, had attraction for her, as you got closer she glanced back a few times, tripped. You catch up, open - "I was totally afraid I'd have to help you up" she laughs about it and being melodramatic about the trip and you banter back "Congratulations! You're still alive." lots of good receptions.

Feedback: Very good opportunity to open, also very good having the courage to speak to her - familiar "whatever" feeling that comes before talking to girls came (more to gain than lose). Easy to start building rapport here after introductions, see what she's up to in the city, express your interest in her, qualify her and push pull, flirt with her (e.g. "You almost fell for me before 'Hello'!"). See what she's up to and scope logistics out, go for a drink at a cafe, easy...

(2: Blonde in red dress and Chelseas in cafe) - Ordered, paid, she caught your eye, you deliberate about catching up to meet her, ultimately do nothing.

Feedback: Remember, the more women you meet has too many advantages compared to disadvantages: More women in your life, higher number of successes, just be resilient and keep talking to women because you'd like to meet them and they seem like a good addition to your life.

(3: Blonde barista) - You're aloof prior to ordering, she takes your order, you talk about being there for a day and ask for her recommendation, she has a bit of dialogue with you, a tiny bit of banter, no rapport. Get everything and sit down, get water, act aloof once again (fear of vulnerability) and leave telling one of the men working their to let her know you appreciated the recommendations, probably had a good effect on her.

Feedback: Handled it very well, she was fairly receptive and you left a good impression after you left. Couldn't escalate since she was at work, realistically.

(3: Brunette German district) - Catch her while walking to cafe, both of you walk past with heads held high, nothing comes out of it.

Feedback: What's she like? Is she good for me? This is what you need to think, turn around, say "Hi" and let her know she seemed interesting and you wanted to see if that was true or not.

(4:Brunette deeper into residential area of German town) - Catch her while walking, you both sense each other are there, walk past with heads held high, aloof (lack of vulnerability).

Feedback: Truth is, you were attracted to her here, otherwise you wouldn't be writing about her, say "Hi" she was interesting seemingly, see if she's good for you and be better off either way - knowing she isn't and not regretting it and having the chance to see if others are - and they are - or knowing she is.

(5: Oatmeal brunette) - Walk past in oatmeal aisle, no eye contact, walk past again, make longer eye contact than normal - she was attracted, you both were. Take the opportunity, say "Hi" - ride the wave, improve both of your lives.

(1: Not on fleek anymore) - Comes up, you tease her that she's not on fleek that day, colleague scolds you and she lets her know it's fine, you qualify yourself a bit (probably bad move but you didn't want to seem too unattainable). No rapport building, attraction, though.

(2: Brunette, casual red top) - Comes up, typical interaction with slight undertones. She has glasses on, you let her go and ultimately don't express your intentions or yourself to her.

Feedback: Let her know you liked her style and introduce yourself, see what she's up to. There's nothing wrong rapport building with a girl where you work and seeing what comes out of it, you have more to gain than to lose by expressing yourself to her.

(3: Mystery BBQ girl) - Come up, start of rapport building was start impeccably well, banter about playing the guessing game and tease her about beating everyone at the game. She was definitely attracted after you started rapport building, see who she is and see if you like that.

Feedback: Pretty textbook start of a great interaction, needed better rapport, though.

(4: Christine) - Comes up, banter about working too much again after colleague asks about her since she said your name. You express yourself (GOOD WORK!) and let her know you wish she came when you weren't busy so you two could talk longer.

Feedback: You expressed your interest and she's definitely interested, remember, attraction expires. Next time: Be genuine about wanting to take her out, there's attraction, don't lose it.

(5: Blonde with waistcoat) - Saw her walking with friend, attracted by her hair and calm and confident walk. Didn't get up but deliberated shortly.

Feedback: Get up, let HER know that you want to meet her because you're attracted to her, and get things going. NOT her friend, HER. Remember, be cordial with introductions, get to rapport building fast because you're attracted to her and she seemed interesting.

(6: Marble yoga pants) - Walking very confidently, loved that about her. Deliberated occasionally - Might(?) have seen her with a guy later that evening, point is, no action was taken - therefore, no progress will be seen.

Feedback: You want progress and success, right? Take action, take the hits, keep going, you will win.

(7: Chelsea heels w/ black top) - Attracted to her sense of style, not absolute sure if she was into music, though. Anyways, walk past, she catches your eye, she glances when you walk past. You circle back around and she looks over her shoulder when you walk past again. Ultimately take no action.

Feedback: Starry eyes, you had them, say "Hi", she seemed interesting, find that out. It can't hurt to satisfy your curiosity, she had a good sense of style and she might've been a really cool girl, you'll never know that unless you say "Hi"!

Feedback: You were attracted to this girl, she liked you, she blushed! It was on and you didn't ignite that interaction with her to start a wonderful experience.

(1: Christy) - Spot walking out of bridge, turn around, before class, walk up next after a short bit of deliberating, say "Hi, I need to get to class, but I saw you back there and thought you were cute and wanted to meet you." Successful interaction ensues, she's fairly receptive, hooks after two lines of dialogue in, after you find out what she's up to. Continue to rapport build a bit, not much deep rapport, but it's an interaction! Mentions boyfriend casually on her trip to Arizona and you slip up - "Figured." - don't be so bitter with the sub-communications. Continue to tease her about making out on the Grand Canyon, and come out with a decent ending, hug her bye, nice meeting her, voila.

Feedback: Friendly college girl, not rare at all! She was pretty interesting and you qualified her a few times, related well, but didn't dig very deep. You cold read a few times with success and it was a situation definitely where she was receptive but unfortunately unavailable. You were cool about things and the inherent compatibility in that fact.

(2: Christine) - Came up, rapport built about her weekend, not much teasing, just rapport building, off-handedly seed seeing her studying and getting to know her better, which she was receptive about.

Feedback: Good job being honest with her and yourself about what you'd like to do with her. She is receptive, but attraction will expire before you think it will. Next time you see her and it's not in the cafe, give her some information about you and convey your personality so she can attach a character to you. Get her number for cappuccinos and conversation when she's off, no big shakes, man, you'll either find out she's ultimately incompatible or both of your lives will be better.

(3: Moving girls) - Come up, small talk about activities for the day, they exclaim they're moving, you tease them about a bunch of guys helping and kind of making fun of the guys with a "I know what's going on" attitude. Brunette hooks and blonde keeps leaning over, receptive, brunette had potential.

Feedback: Good job being authentic and vulnerable, but having a sense of humor and enjoying yourself with them. This was obviously attractive and they enjoyed it, introductions would've been helpful. Also, remember, screen the girl you're interested in, you have values you want in a girl.

(4: Swimming girl) - Comes up, small talk about adventures for the day, explain about the game you play about things in the back seat. She's pretty receptive after you start talking to her, was a bit neutral at first but you polarized somehow. Teased her some after about the sunburn and you two give warm goodbyes.

Feedback: Well conducted interactions, just remember to enjoy yourself with the girl and make sure she's good for you.

(1: Blonde in legal class) - She's very aloof and focused on her in the class, you get an opportunity to talk to her after. Get to the street, don't take action, afraid of being vulnerable in front of the crowd. We cross the street, with you in front, and she goes the same way you do, call someone on the phone to turn around and not look obvious (bad...), waffle again and follow her to P, lean towards pushing back meeting her to next week because that was a terrible situation to open in that you created.

Feedback: Remember, as soon as you'd like to meet her and see what she's like to see if she's a cool girl, say "Hi" with that intention, you want to bring a girl into your life and enrich each of your lives. Walk up to the girl authentically and discover who she is after expressing your interest, without a worry for rejection, because rejection is a sign of incompatibility, you want compatibility, most definitely.
