So, theres this new girl at my job. Shes gone thru training and orientation with some other guy, i think they might be dating, but im not sure. I really like her, shes a cool chick. Sometimes when i ask for somethings she'll jokingly tell me no and smile, and sometimes she'll pull it away from me. I told her if she did it again i was going to fight her. She laughed and said i cant handle her. I said i could, 100%. We sometimes joke and tease each other, she'll call me an asshole, I'll tell her i love her, stuff like that. But whenever i see her i kind of nod my chin to her like a little pussy (something you'd do to another guy) and she just gives one of those fake smiles you do to strangers. Sometimes she wont talk to me which is odd and makes me confused. Any suggestions? I dont have her number yet, i even make excuses to cover shifts just to work with her, but im being a pussy. And i dont want to do much around my ex who works there also. Should i care about that?
