I'd say for myself I am pretty decent with hooking up, but at one point in time you just realize you can't "push-pull friends" - aka I suck at making true friends, inviting people to hang out, get invited to hang out, etc.

Like, I am good at talking to people, people generally like me, but I never make that cross from "cool and fun guy" to "the friend".

There are bunch of paid/free programs for seduction, but is there any program that actually talks about social skills and friends in general?

Also, I've read How to win friends and influence people, while helpful, there is certainly more to this than one book.
