Especially if you're feeling like shit. Hell, even if you don't feel like shit. The flu is hella contagious and even as I write this I'm sniffling and coughing up a storm. Nothing is more unattractive and mood-killing then trying to spit game with a girl and one of you takes a huge breath through your congested nose.

Take a week or two and relax and work on your inner game.

Also, if you feel like shit, it shows. Don't try to act like you don't, because people notice you wiping your nose on your hand and/or sleeve/inside of your shirt.

So if you feel sick, don't be a dick and spread it around. If you aren't sick, don't hook up with some sick girl and get sick yourself.
