Perhaps you needn't "spit" any game at all. Do you have guy friends? You'll find that talking to girls is surprisingly similar to how you talk with your buddies. You and your bro's probably joke around and have a good time. It's the same way with girls, except you take girls on dates :)

Im a pretty good looking senior in high school. My game is absolutely terrible though, mainly conversing. I cannot spit game to save my life. Any advice would be great
