So this girl that is in my class has had a boyfriend for a while. While she did she would always try to chat with me and I would periodically catch her staring and we would exchange long eye contact. Well she recently broke up with him and I was like hey I guess I have to time I’ll hit her up.

So in class we exchange eye contact still for a bit and then a day or two goes by(I’m busy and I don’t have time to wait for her to be alone after class). Well today at one of our friends parties she went and I asked her to hang. She said oh yeah we and (our friend) should hang. I said oh shit, I ment one on one. She said she is kinda seeing someone right now(which I know she is). Then I said oh I’ll live, she laughed, then I said but her I notice things, she laughed a, but it was kinda nervous in a oh you caught me, but I won’t admit it.Then I proceeded to talk to some homies right next to me. It didn’t bother me, but I’m wondering after all these signs and all those long exchange of eye contact, why she would reject me. I’m assuming she either the type of girl to only see one person at a time, or she is really into the guy that it’s not worth risking ruining with me. Or does she like to play games.

Also we talked through out the night, she didn’t mention that she was catholic raised and she didn’t believe I was super Christian as a kid.(I have a fuck boi vibe)

So do you guys have any or multiple ideas on why she rejected me. Ps, we are both Chemical engineering majors.
