I got in this game the same way a lot of you did.

I was fat, ugly, socially awkward, and thought I'd have to save a girl's life just to get my first kiss.

Fast forward to today, I workout three times a week, I feel like Zeus on cocaine, and I lost my virginity last year (Go me!)

BUT

that's not why I'm here today.

I met a girl, we'll call her Rachel. I fell in love with this girl, her personality, her ambitions, and her ever-changing multi-colored hair.

She took me on a trip to Austin, and we had a blast. (But we'll save that for an FR or my next erotica story.)

Shortly after the trip, she decided to break everything off and wanted to stay friends.

This kills the Punch_A_Lunch.

Like many of you, I immediately began thinking, "What went wrong?" "Where was my game off?" "Why is she suddenly not attracted to me?"

This plagued me for weeks and almost threw me back into depression as I would spend nights browsing reddit or playing Civ5 mindlessly until I cried myself to sleep at 5am listening to Sam Smith.

Then today, she came over.

I told her how I felt, I told her my thought process, I told her about the game, then she said one thing that made me want to kick my own ass for forgetting.

It's not that she wasn't attracted to me, it's that we didn't connect as people.

Seddit, if you get your kiss, your blowjob, your number, your date, whatever, your game works. But remember, at the end of the day, you could still be two completely different people with different values, ambitions, goals, etc.

TL;DR: You can put a magnet on a round peg and a square hole, but that doesn't mean it will fit.
