We all have the occasional problem with motivation. We have affirmations, all sorts of self motivation and a myriad of other things in order to motivate us.

None of this has hit me as hard as it could. I have listened to the blueprint decoded, and one of the key concepts is the idea of resistance. It's cool. I want to go to the gym, but I'm cool where I'm at. I want to go chat up those girls, but I'm cool sitting here in the corner with my friends.

Fuck That!

I'm not an Apple fan, I have a Zune and have not owned anything Apple since I had an apple IIc back in elementary school. But holy crap. Steve Jobs dying has hit me hard. It's hard to imagine someone as successful as he has been dying at 56.

I think, that dude has 9 billion dollars. How can he be that sick? He can throw money at it. "I'll give you 4 billion dollars to save my life." Really? It didn't work.

He has been through everything. Getting fired from his company, becoming rich beyond anyone's wildest dreams. Fighting back through adversity that none of us could ever imagine.

Despite all that, he still died very young.

So, when will I die? When will you? Take life by the horns and go crazy. Even if you're super awesome, you will die. Maybe tomorrow, maybe in ten years. Maybe when you're 100 and what will you say?

"I played it safe?" "I made billions of dollars?" "I nailed the entire Dallas Cheer leading squad?"

Or maybe you said, "I did the best I could with the time I had. I went to the gym at 5 Am instead of hitting the snooze button. I decided to jump off the 70' high bridge into that lake. I saw that perfect 10 and went for her."

So, put down that donut. Get off that computer. Live life.

The world could be your oyster, and you could still die tomorrow. Go get it.
