You have to make it clear that you want to hook up. Instead of taking a girl on a date ask her if she just wants to hang out at your place or her place.

I mean obviously a date can lead to hooking up, but if you’re going on dates and not getting hook ups then just skip the date and go right to hanging out inside.

Also asking a girl this will filter out girls who don’t want to hook up because they won’t want to hang out at yours or theirs.
