Well as far as reddit goes, i mostly hang around seddit, red pill, and some philosophical forums. One in particular is the Buddhism reddit. Now I'm not telling you adopt the Buddhist philosophy, but there are two things that I've been able to take away and apply to my interactions with women.
The first would be living in the moment of course. Think about it, when you regret or try to relive the past, it always causes unpleasant emotions in the present. Thinking or worrying about the future too much causes and anxiety when you anticipate to much(i.e an interaction with a women). Think about Approach Anxiety, you are anticipating future that doesn't exist, creating new scenarios that cause yourself stress. Everything is cause and effect. If you approach situations with proper causes(what you do, say, look like, feel), then you will get proper effects(her reactions, words, feelings).
But how does one live in the present? So many obligations and other things to worry about make this hard in today's society. Unless you absolutely just float through life and simply don't care, it's hard to do. On the Buddhist Reddit, I saw someone recommend a mindfulness bell app. Mindfulness is part of the eightfold path and is meant to keep one mindful in their actions, words, etc. This applies to seddit because one should be mindful of how they act, say, interact, etc when they are approaching a women. Maybe you're actions aren't necessarily moral, but it will definitely keep you on track and in the moment of your current goal.
I have my bell set every 15 minutes to vibrate on my leg, when it does, i take a deep breathe, clear my head, and get myself back in the moment of whatever it is that i am doing. I have not had the chance to have this vibration go off while talking to anyone, but i say it calms my nerves for sure doing so. Sometimes all you have to do is get out of your own head.
