Always have your place neat as if a woman comes over anytime. As far as drinks, dinner, or coffee it don’t really matter. I’ve had it happened occasionally during broad day light. Dinner can flop, coffee can turn into sex.

Alcohol free drinks / snack at a bar, or coffee at a café. Either works. No dinner typically. Dinners are expensive, take a long time - and can make you feel bloated, which isn't great for sex. Some people also have to take a shit after dinner, which also isn't ideal for a sexy date. Some appetizers is cool but keep it light.

When the food is almost all consumed or the drinks are almost drank? That's when I ask if she wants to see where I live. If she says "yes" - sex is almost guaranteed.

If you want to aim for sex than drinks near your place is the best bet. Go to an area with a few bars so you can switch venues a few times. If you've created a flirty vibe then you can try to ask her back subtly, ie "I gotta get up early but lets have a quick drink/let me show you that video/etc... at my place". She may decline and still want to do it, just not wanting to seem slutty. You gotta feel it out and if this is the case give it some time at another venue and then suggest it again.

Whatever you pick (drinks,dinner or coffee) have it near your place. It is much easier for her to agree to go home with you if it is short distance (best if it is walkable).

PLAN a fucking date. It's really simple. Find a spot that's near enough to your place where it's not a giant pain in the ass for her to come home with you. You want there to be options within walking distance to keep the date going long enough to build attraction, create comfort, and drive sexual energy. That can happen in 10 minutes, could take 5 hours. I always look for at least 3 options for shit to do. Place to meet - coffee, a drink, etc. Two places to interact more intimately - appetizers/dinner or do something fun like arcade, mini-golf, etc. Final place to seal the deal - drinks, nice place to walk/talk or sit semi-secluded.

Generally it goes - 20-30 min of feeling out the situation with small talk and a little flirting at the first spot. Then an hour doing whatever and ramping up the flirting significantly at the 2nd/3rd spot. Finally another 20-30 min getting way more hot and heavy before suggesting we go back to my place for a night cap. So, typical might be, drinks at the bar, dinner at a table in the same place, walk at the park nearby, and making out on the bench in the park or getting handsy at a dive bar after making out in the park.

Each spot ends up feeling almost like a new date for her which builds comfort and gives the illusion that we've known each other a lot longer than we have. So, 3-4 "dates" in two hours vs a single two-hour dinner. Most dudes have no fucking plan at all and you'll immediately get bonus points with her for actually seeming to know what the fuck you're doing. I have several spots around town that I frequent and have developed a bunch of tried and true cookie-cutter dates that progress almost exactly the same way every time.
