27M looking for some help. Going on about a year dry spell right now and am really struggling gaining sexual traction with women.

I'd say I'm an above-average looking guy who often gets a lot of interest and looks from women. However, when I ask them out and interact with them, I can tell that the attraction decreases rather quickly. I've had multiple girls tell me over the past few months that "there was something missing" or "I didn't feel much," etc., which I'll lump together and just say I'm obviously not creating a spark. This has been happening a lot recently and I really need to change this trend because I'm starting to feel some depression and anxiety as a result.

I've self-diagnosed a few problems already. I'm generally too nice and agreeable, I'm too available, I often go out of my way to please them, and sometimes I get nervous around them which I'm sure they notice. I'd lump all of this into general problems of putting women on pedestals and being too nice. I've already read No More Mr. Nice Guy, which helped, but am looking for more reading materials for change.
