Maybe what she meant was that you weren't escalating fast enough for her. She has gotten used to the standard flirting. Plus three dates without making a move is a bit much.

So take her home or go to her home.
If you keep it platonic for too long then she will start wondering whether you really like her. You have to do something that friends don't do. Hold hands, hug (with your arms around her waist preferably), kiss [In private if need be], take her out for meals, compliment her clothes.
