So I recently hooked up with this girl and it was just a fling like with most girls recently....

But what are you actually after? What do you want?

after second hookup she told me she has a boyfriend but we can still continue discreet relationship.

So she is probably not being honest with him. She certainly has problems with the relationship and seeks to "solve" them outside the relationship.

At a minimum:

She is unhappy about something and can't or won't resolve it with him.
She won't break up with him either, but rather is going to keep dating him when she wants to date other people, without telling him she's doing this.

I started catching feelings for her and this ain't good.....

Obviously you need to have a talk with yourself about how much your self-respect is worth. Assuming you want a serious thing, why on earth would you even entertain dating someone who treats her BF like this?

Why would you give someone the time of day when they treat you this poorly as well?

Next move? We can't tell you that, really.

But you should ask yourself: Why would you want to bend over backwards to try to get someone who lies to the men they date?

You realize that it's highly likely she'd continue the cycle with you, right?

And also, a lot of people who cheat, are attracted to the person they cheat with based on something they are not getting in their current unhealthy relationship.

The problem with this, is that when the relationship ends, A lot of the attraction for the other person they are involved with, will just evaporate overnight.
