I have been dealing with anxiety for a while especially approaching woman and even speaking with them I found it difficult but I have been working on my body, my appearance and my fashion only for myself and nothing to do with pleasing anybody, I did it all for myself.

As soon as I started doing this I gained a lot of attention from woman but I still didn’t have the confidence to approach them or even say hi, although there were a few moments when I showed my strongest-self and am proud for doing—I still wasn’t capable of actually saying anything even when I knew they liked me making it very obvious; sitting on my lap without being properly introduced or staring while sitting directly in front. I had no idea how to speak and two weeks ago I had two opportunities within the same hour yet I couldn’t say a thing and as soon as I reached back home I broke down because I knew I’d lost all respect for myself.

Today after going into the first store feeling very confident and happy, I began to speak to a woman that worked there and we had a nice subtle conversation. In the next store this woman serving me began flirting and I didn’t act awkward or do something stupid, walked through the mall and noticed somebody I randomly spoke to one day and hey, I made her laugh even though she seemed a bit upset so I was bold and asked why-which she told me so we spoke some more and I brightened her mood in the end but I didn’t ask for her number or to plan a date although it came to mind—a good interaction is all I needed. There were two more interactions that went well all thanks to my confidence. Until tomorrow for round two!
