Hey all,

So I meet a lot of girls online, and usually we can meet quickly, but recently I had an experience where we wouldn't be able to meet for at least a week. We exchanged numbers, and said hello. I didn't contact her her again until it was coming down to the time we were supposed to meet.

She decided she didn't want to meet me, because "I didn't show enough interest, because I didn't text her regularly". I was shocked! We don't know each other yet, shouldn't we save the conversations for when we meet in person? I feel like asking: "how's your day going?" is redundant. Is it?

I want to keep this from happening again.

My questions is: What can I do to keep a text conversation going? How's your day going? yadda yadda? I feel that a majority of the conversation should take place in person, over a coffee or whatever.

Thank you!
