In the past, whenever I had a girl over to watch a movie, I'd always be overwhelmed by all the movies to choose from. Then I made a list of 10 or 20 solid date movies. Now, when a girl comes over to watch a movie, I take a look at the short list and pick something I'm in the mood for.

This spurred me to create more lists to simplify those tough decisions. What music should I play while she's here? Where should we meet for drinks? Where should we go for dinner? What should we do on Thursday night?

I keep activity lists for a couple girls I'm working on maintaining relationships with. If Megan mentions in conversation that we should cook mac and cheese together, I'll put that down in her list, so that next time she asks me what I want to do tonight, I'll have an easy answer.
