Holy shit, umm I've made over 1500 different recipes and I would say go heavy on the presentation with this. Do multiple courses. DO NOT make too much, otherwise you both will be bloated and no is going to move, especially to the bed. Get a decent wine. Decide if you will cook together or separately (if together, start with one kind of wine and switch to another for dinner...but pair the wine). If you know what she likes, do that...app- easy light salad, main - go fancy if you want (lobster, crab-though stay away from anything fishy smelling - crab might be heavy), not too much and dress it up with something, if you put sauce on the plate, drizzle it and make sure you wipe off excess. You can also do something cool, cook in a strong alcohol and light it. Close with dessert, something easy would be gelato (do chocolate), and buy some kind of wafer to put on top, throw a mint leaf or two on the side, swirl some raspberry sauce on the plate and a few raspberries/strawberries [they can be seductive]. Oh, also make something that you know will taste good :P
