Is there anything on her bio you can go off of? On my tinder bio I listed "worshipping satan, art and my dogs" as my hobbies so people could have conversations starters. I'll get messages asking my dogs names or how I got into Satanism. I'd highly recommend just always following up with a sentence. Include something about yourself so she can ask you questions too.
I wouldn't directly be like "are you in this biology class cause I swear I've seen you before." Unless you've connected in person in class. You could ask what classes she's taking (if she mentions school on her profile) then casually ask if you two hace the same teacher. Just make sure you can connect on something besides that class.
