In this situation, Alex doesn't have alot of things that people value in a societal sense that will "make him more attractive" but women generally find confidence to be attractive and he confidently approaches them saying hey or hello, then he will banter, flirt and interact with them so they feel a spark of attraction.

Sometimes we confuse not chasing with not being persistent. Chasing to me is going after a girl who is either not interested in you or is playing games. Being persistent is taking action until you get sex or a hard no.

I agree. I think of chasing as trying to convince a girl who isn't that into you or doesn't think you're anything special and thus treats you disrespectfully, where as persistence is when she is objecting to you on something other than her actual interest in you... Like you're staying in town for just the night or your Romeo and she's Juliet, etc, etc hah

Alex sure does seem like the winner with women, but a failure at life. Women arent gonna see him through life like six packs and a bank job are.
See this is the problem i have with women, they arent worth the time it takes to get in their pants.

yeah. focusing on self-improvement and not chasing women could be used as an excuse for not taking action. for me the root cause was my fear of rejection. i think the not chasing philosophy only applies to women we have already approached or known. we cant expect women to approach us. yeah so just approach man.
