Hey guys, I'm an 18-years old guy from Germany. I've heard of PUA earlier, but never took a deeper look into it. This changed over the course of the last few days.

First of all I gonna start up with talking a little bit about myself, so you get a little overview about the situation I'm in right now, then I'll proceed to ask the questions I have.

To begin with, I am, like I said, 18 years old. I live in germany and am still going to school. However there are few weeks left until my final exams are starting and I'm graduating from gymnasium (analogue to high school). My everyday life looks like this:

I'm starting my day by going to school. At school I have my friends, with whom I chill during brakes and in class I'm rather quite (not chatting with neighbors much) and try to focus on the topics we are dealing with.

After school I come home, get some food, take a walk with my dog and then I pretty much just play video games/watch streams/do other shit by myself. That's about it. Every once in a while I meet up with some friends, but other than that it really is pretty much all I do. While chilling at home, I have contact with my friends via skype and follow my second hobby (besides gaming), rap-music. But other than with my friends, I have little to none contact with people from school or sports I pursue. With these people I just have a bit contact at the specific occasions we see each other at school/sports w/e. Contact to girls is reduced to a absolute minimum, like talking with them in group work.

To emphasize the point of just being by myself at home I have some numbers for you. Over the course of the last week (friday-wednesday) I had contact with 4 people outside of school, who are not my family members. Also I did nothing for school, basically just played video games, for like 6-10 hours everyday.

This should be enough for you to understand, that I really am a little socially isolated, especially with regards to girls.

I want to change this, by having more social contacts and doing more things with people in my free time. (Schools not a problem I have okay grades, so please dont focus on this point)

Well, as I said I like rap-music, gaming (sc2,hearthstone,diablo3 and few more, also gaming in general) and I really love all kinds of sports. So I think, those hobbies aren't awkward or anything, but I still can't seem to have long conversations with other people, neither boys, nor girls. So you can say, that I want to learn how I create more social contacts, not only with girls, but I want to learn it by pick-up so I can do it 2 in 1 like.

Oh and I'm pretty average looking, small but have a decent body(muscles etc.) but my style of clothing isn't top notch. I'm not dumb at all and am observative and analytical.

Summarizing (TL;DR), I'm a shy introvert with little social contacts, who wants to learn social interactions on basis of pick up artisting. I like music, video games and sports and have average looks and am rather educated. As I wrote in the beginning, I informed myself a bit about PUA over the course of the last few days, by reading most of the top posts on seddit and watching a shitload of simplepickup videos, so I have a bit knowledge about this topic. But my problem is that I still don't know how to get out of my comfort zone and to start doing some pick up. Furthermore I have the feeling that in Germany the mentality towards pick up is completely different to the US, but that may be a dumb excuse.

To finally come to an end here is the main point I want to know: HOW DO I START PICK UP WITHOUT HAVING ANY BASIC SKILLS?
