Hey guys, just wanted to give a recap of my first real “successful” date today. I’ve gone on 3 dates within the past calendar week, with this one being the only one that I’d deem a real “success.”

The other two were both weird in their own ways (first girl going really well, kissing her before dropping her to her place and being unmatched once I got to my car lol + second girl having no chemistry with me and seeming jaded overall).

The third girl I had also matched with on Hinge and we were actually set to go on a date earlier than today, after I had finished work. She had to reschedule due to her assignments but she seemed super remorseful towards forgetting and I had to reassure her that it was okay multiple times, because it was.

Fast forward to today, I picked her up and the first half of the date didn’t go as expected. I grew notions of her being spoilt and unkind and I just thought I’d have a repeat of having no chemistry again. But I pushed forward and stayed genuine to who I was, making jokes even if they didn’t land and trying not to create a persona off of 20 minutes of knowing her.

Eventually she grew more and more receptive and I grew to like her more as we spoke. She was legitimately funny and sweet and I could slowly feel the energy change. She seemed to enjoy my light body contact, like bumping into each other, talking about how cold her hands were and the comparison of our hand sizes.

We ended up on a Ferris wheel, where I felt was the best option to kiss her. We made it up top and I told her to come closer to me. She leaned into me and was comforting me for being scared of heights (I actually am haha) with my hand in hers. I took the plunge and kissed her. It was pretty romantic overall, with the sunset setting just as we were at the apex of the ride.

After some kissing on the ride, we still had time left before she had to go back, so she suggested we drive around. I drove us to a street where we ended up kissing some more. I suggested we go to the back seats since she was leaning over so much but she suggested to go in my lap instead. It was a bit too public of an area so we drove around a bit more.

Once we reached a fairly secluded street, we made out some more and went to the back. I escalated after our kissing grew more sensual and she went further, giving the green light to go ahead. I’ll spare you the graphic details, but we didn’t have penetrative or oral sex, just coming close to it. She was a bit insecure about how wet she was and the car seats and I reassured her that it was fine before we stopped early. She offered more for me but I told her it was a bit too public and we left it at that.

Ended up dropping her close to her home, with her talking about how sweet and cute the date was overall. That surprised me, since it ended sexually, but I guess I was enough of a gentleman throughout the date and didn’t push for anything until she felt comfortable.

Plan is to go on a second date later this week, a longer car drive and I’ll make sure to bring a towel haha. I’ll wear the same fragrance as well, since she seemed to really like that one.

Just shows how patience overall played into today, with the patience to reschedule, the patience to keep going after the first two girls and the patience throughout the date, slowly building up tension until we clicked.
