Had a date just now. I hugged her when I saw her when I used to handshake with dates before so I improved there. I felt like the date was going amazingly, we met up in a park, walked around, the conversations were going great. She enjoyed how I made it spontaneous and brought her to any store that seemed interesting. She was laughing the entire time and seemed like she was enjoying herself. We get drinks because we get tired from walking, I try coffee for the first time and we share the coffee and a cocktail. While drinking she still seems very interested, sharing with me and having more good convos. After we finish, she goes to the bathroom and I pay. When she comes back she asks if I have a Venmo and I’m like “ahh shit, here we go again.” So the date ends there after an hour of good conversations and drinks. I honestly don’t know what I did wrong. She said I was too young for her, when I’m 23 and she is 24. I’m in a park now just sitting and thinking, any advice is greatly appreciated.
