okay so I'm fairly confident in my self but when it comes time to talk to girls i always kinda choke up... so essentially this is what i say when i see them "excuse me, i just wanted to let you know that youre beautiful" than i let them reply and than i ask them for their phone number, if this too forward or something? is that why i have no success?
