In my current job there was one of my collegue I am still in touch with is someone im crushing on rn.

She is prolly 22-23 not much older i am of around same age(younger), as much as I know her she is of same vibe.

We always has a professional chat except done banters or rants about other colleagues.

But one time I wrote her bae in chat an then edited it (I didn't wanted to screw).

Now I want to initiate a chat with her apart from these work things.

I also might be going to her city where she told me she would meet me.

I don't know how to take things further and start a regular convi with her.
