I appreciate it man, good points you bring up. I used to be really funny in Highschool but somehow lost that humor over the years, honestly when I smoked weed I got really dull, its only been 3 months clean and I feel I should be sharper, better clarity, and my humor should come back, but maybe it was too long being dull. Guess I gotta try to find MY sense of humor once again.

Thanks, thats what I thought. Followup, if it wasn't the best 2nd date but still fun, should I invite her over for dinner to my place, or go out to eat on the 3rd?

The tough part is that I only message my close friends for meetups or for small talk lol. Its all just politics/board games/ conspiracy in my group chat for the most part. I guess a few jokes but yeah maybe I need more friends that aren't as nerdy. As for your advice, I appreciate it and will try to apply it more

That makes sense too. I do look at it as more opportunities to learn how to get laid as well as less chance of embarrassment by being recognized as "that guy" if you suck lol. But yeah knowledge is king

Yeah, no, I'm horrible at being physical unless it's sex, where I feel totally comfortable. Always afraid of creeping them out if I touch them for some reason. I have no idea how to touch a woman in a subtle yet natural way, without it being somewhat sexual. With anything with women, I tend to be 0 or 100 regarding sexuality, flirting/touch/interest is always 100% sexually direct, no tact, so I usually avoid it completely unless I know they want that too
/r/seduction22/01/25 09:51 PM

For me, I'm never able to pinpoint why I'm afraid, I just am. I never feel unsafe, and honestly am more comfortable walking down a back alley in shanty town than I am going into a bar on my own lol. I've been trying to figure out my mind for a while now, why I'm afraid of certain things and why I put some things off/dont do things (mainly social), yet I really can't figure it out. Maybe social anxiety, though I don't ever feel anxious, just avoidant

The 1st date was very good, but while the 2nd one was fun and she was still flirting with me, yeah I just kept talking about myself, kept it interesting but I know she should be doing the most of the talking. I was definitely off my game the 2nd date. I'll wait a bit and see I guess

Toughest part is my friends rarely want to go out at this age, and the one who would works weird hours so rarely free. Guess that means i need more friends lol. Getting back intonsome hobbies which will be good for meeting friends, but also might get a new job this upcoming fall (cop) which is great for unity/friendships. I should reach out to some friends from my current job though too

Interesting to hear, never thought of it that way but the people in the country definitely are always open to conversation and connection, just that small town vibe. Maybe I'll start frequenting my small town's bar, its a nice place. You've got me wondering now if what I'm looking for has really been right here all along lol

I appreciate it, this is real helpful advice! There are some places nearby that I've gone to a few times that I'll start to become a regular at. One in particular, my old friend is a cook there, so that will be my first spot to get acquainted with.

Bro this is not true at all, you'd know if you yourself have lived in bumfuck nowhere. Whenever I'm on vacation to a populated area, I see more women after walking for an hour than I do in a whole week at my home state, it's absolutely a drastic difference. Huge dating pool online as well, my matches literally double. Also there are way more attractive women in 20-30s age bracket when you are in a populated area, the majority of women in my state are like 45+ years old. Opportunity increases cha…

Thanks Kole, yeah I'm thinking I gotta start driving an hour to the bigger cities on the weekend to give it a shot. There really is no opportunity for anything where I'm at, but I'm gonna stick it out here in the woods for 1 more year, then moving to a beach city if nothing changes
/r/seduction19/01/25 09:18 PM

Bro some women absolutely love the southern man, and sticking out can be used to your advantage. The issue with women I've found is that they can have an idea in their head on how they expect you to be, and if you don't fit that idea, they are done with you right away. Secret is learning what preconceived notions women have of you so you can live up to them. I think.. idk man I'm not successful with women either, tbh I'd say 95% of men on here aren't, thats ehy they're on here lol.

People in the Northeast can be like that, maybe they're dating someone, who knows. I converse with strangers all the time, sometimes its helpful to just start sharing about yourself instead of asking questions. Try free association for thinking of things to say. I'm no guru but can talk to strangers for hours, just say what comes to your head with confidence, switch subjects if it doesn't interest them, and be okay with them not wanting to talk and walking away. Tell them your from the south and…

No fucking clue man, thats why I ask for help so much on here, but my game is getting worse and worse every day. The worst part is not knowing what to improve on or how to improve. Practice doesn't make perfect if you have no idea what you need to improve upon
/r/seduction19/01/25 06:43 PM
1

That doesn't work either. I agree it can be learned but the only way to get better with women is to learn how to communicate properly. I have looks, money, great shape, good hobbies, friends.. none of that means anything if you can't make them feel a certain way through communication

I appreciate it, I have a good profile as I get good matches. The issue I have, it sounds dumb, so it probably is, but these concepts people share on here mean nothing to me. "Capturing bruef intrigue" and "showcasing stable value", but what does that even mean and how does one do that? Its like telling someone who wants to be a gymnast to just do a back hand spring, and thats it

I do think I could improve my texting, I hear many different pieces of advice and switch up strategies a lot, but honestly just saying "fuck it" to the rules, not trying to be flirty and just being normal/platonic has worked the best for me contrary to what a lot of people say. I probably get ghosted the most when I try to flirt or do things that people suggest lol. I think pushing for the date to early can be a mistake I make. It's not about luck, it's about understanding that you already are enough. You see these unattractive men attracting beautiful women, what are they doing right? I have an unconventional belief that I'm starting to realize, that all seduction and attraction comes natural deep down. We all have the ability to be attractive and get beautiful women, it's just a lot of us believe for whatever reason, that we are not able to, or that we need to work on something. If these unattractive men with bad job…

Thanks for the input. Any specific reason why? Also are you implying that questions are the way to go then? Honestly I've always gotten better results from asking than assuming through text personally, though some coaches like RSD Todd had me wondering because he preaches about assumptions>statements when texting

Im about 6.5 but thick, would take me 1-2 hours on average before I started retaining, and it definitely negatively affected my sex life with my ex, she would prefer like 15-20 minutes of foreplay then like 20 minutes of penetration. Women can only stay wet for so long and she admitted if I finished quicker I'd get head a lot more often. Since not watching porn or masturbating after breaking up, sex is a lot more satisfying and I don't have to try to finish, it just happens. Finishing too early …

Thanks for the input, wish this post had some more insight as I feel like it is a pretty important part of text game. It's a bit easier in person as you can get a feel for the woman's vibe easier. I feel like I never get a response using statements vs asking questions, but I keep hearing questions are not as good. Idk beginning to say fuck it to all the rules and just see how I do, have platonic boring ass conversations through text then ask out early and show my personality in person which is 1…

I too would like to know. Apparently it's higher value according to some people, versus asking a question is asking her to provide value. Just seems odd though but I've heard this advice a lot from guys, just yet to see anyone expand on it

I always ask for a date asap. I also almost never use IG and have no idea how it works so looks like im shit out of luck. I also doubt IG works better than an app since goodluck finding single women who you know are into you on there, especially in bumfuck nowhere

I mean, I'll DM link you my insta (not every insta pic is on my dating app, but some are) and you can decide if I'm in the league for average women, which I definitely am and know I am so I doubt that's what it is. It's definitely the quality of my messages turning them off, a lot of them will even message me first but once I start messaging they disappear. Regardless, I'll take your advice, get some better pics and do some roids

Here's the thing, either I ask them out literally straight away, and then get their number and when texting it works out.. or get ghosted. If I try to converse, I'll usually ask them simple stuff like what their ideal night out is (sometimes lead to dates, usually ghosted), why they moved here (boring ass answers leading to ghosted), it's pretty basic conversation stuff, like what they do, if they enjoy it, what they wish they could do which I don't have going on for more than like 5-10 messages…

The "I'd love to show you my house" is so simple but makes sense too. In the reverse, would it be weird to say "I'd love to see your house" if you say it the right way? I used "do you wanna see my room?" Before and it worked well haha but the whole escalation has been a bit of a challenge, tough to grab my balls and man up

Best advice and its so simple. You even gave tips on flirting unlike most guys who just say "be playful" or maintain a "man to woman vibe" (wtf does man to woman vibe mean/ even look like). Not OP but thanks!

Bro I'm in the same boat. Takes me like 12 hours to read a text and even longer just to send one. Hate texting so I just use it to set up dates and then little check-ins. Honestly it may turn some people off so I'm trying to get better at it, but I hope they find out that you just take a while to respond regularly, then its just your personality and not that you're ignoring them. Idk man I've never had any issues with it (honestly always ended positively for me), just start off making friends with them and maintain good body language, either they'll be into you or you make a new friend, win-win. Just don't be creepy and be attractive lol

Thanks, I like this idea, been trying to end the dates before the energy drops too low. What are some ways I can make a move while on the date, just hold eye contact then lean in to kiss them?

Thanks, been lifting, boxing and MMA my entire life, really doesn't do shit for game lmao. Like I said, all of my dates have gone really well imo, a lot of fun for both parties and a good connection, natural and easy flow. It's really just the ending because I never know how to go in for the kiss, but you're right, just gotta man up and take the risk, worst that can happen is they give me their cheek or some shit

I always try to tip big if it's a decently regular place I go to, definitely reflects in the service and just makes the servers/bartenders happy. Less so do it for the date, but they definitely notice regardless

I always pay if I ask anyone out, unless the dynamic is bad and they offer and I don't care to see them again. Also, it probably doesn't matter, but I always tip big, say its $15 for the two of us.. I tip $10 since if I go to the place again or often, the server/bartender will treat me a lot better. It's been noticed by the women every time as well, and doesn't show off a fat wallet so much as it does good faith and treating servers well. I figure a lot of guys don't want to approach a woman when she's with her husband. Maybe try letting her sit alone for a bit at the bar if you don't do that already? I didn't get laid until 23, had head before at 22 but it was with the wrong person and felt like shit after. When I lost my virginity at 23 with the right person, it was honestly the best feeling ever because I had waited for the right person. It's not about ego, it's not about getting laid for confidence, think of being 80 and in your rocking chair looking back.. When I first saw her I though "she's cute" but wasn't going crazy over her, and now thats become what I've been looking for.. so you're right and thanks for pointing that out, our types can change based on who we're with, and I guess being 7 years with someone can give a certain preference when really there are so many other types that can chan…

What makes you say that? Just because I have shit game doesn't mean I need to have shit preferences lol. I don't date down in looks, simple as that, and I confidently know where I stand looks wise. Just because my game sucks doesn't mean I should settle. At the same time, I'm willing to give what you said a shot and try some other "types" to see if things go better. For the fun & experience? You think I'll start to open up a bit more and get less attached to my type so I can start enjoying a wider diversity of women this way? It's almost overwhelming when they aren't my type as I'm not as enthusiastic, but tbf my ex was 100% my type, and maybe I need some new women to break me out of it. I hooked up with a tall pretty blonde and it was fun but it honestly just made me want "my type" even more after.

Back in like 2017 on Tinder, I would literally just message women "#?" And it would usually lead to something. Nowadays I'll have a good quick interaction, they're very enthusiastic, and then just go ghost when I ask them out (the few that I actually am really into physically), seems like 6-7/10s are still looking, but 8-10s get way too much attention to care and get overwhelmed with it. My ex approached me and asked for my # in 2018, lead to 7 years, also much better looking now and I feel like…

He already told you what to do, ask her on another date, if she can't do the specific day once again and doesn't offer another day, once again... onto the next one

Thank you! Yeah I'm definitely going to need to lower my match rate by being more picky but also only swiping when I'm ready for another date, because I get so overwhelmed.. then one day when I'm feeling good I'll send 20 messages to different women, now I have to get back to 20 different people, its a lot. As of right now, I still focus on 1-3 women, but having a whole bunch that I still need to get back to just adds noise in my brain, and the longer I don't reply, the lower my chances. I like …

Exactly the same for me, except not town, but the entire state I live in... I'd have to drive an hour every night into the big city the next state over to do what OP is suggesting. Living in a rural, retirement state sucks for meeting attractive women, all my matches online are like 40-50 miles away. I genuinely would approach more, but the state I'm in is small and not populated enough, people say "other people won't care/ will forget about you in a few hours if you fuck up your approach" but r…

All this guy does is criticize others and give unhelpful advice, so I'm not surprised at his response. And to respond to him, I've been in the same boat as OP, it's not like its something uncommon, its an actual issue because when you are attractive, women expect you to be confident and act a certain way, and if you aren't living up to their preconceived notion, then they disqualify you
/r/seduction28/12/24 09:01 PM

Thank you, I'm thinking the best thing for me to do will be to set aside a time in morning, afternoon, and evening to send all my messages. If they get back to me in between then and I can/feel like it, like you said, I'll message back. Gonna try to stop overthinking my texts, but I'm still learning to make them have a flirty vibe vs just being direct (genuinely idk if just being direct can work.. I'm still inexperienced in dating). On a side note, I wish I could somehow transfer sexual confiden…

As someone said on my recent post related to this, sometimes women will clam up to directness, either not being fully on board/ shy, or even thinking that since you're so direct you should figure it out. I move on to the next one after the first flake. If they just say they're unavailable and don't give other options, well thats what my post was asking. Maybe reach out a month or 2 later to cash in the rain check on them flaking, I have a woman or 2 I can try it out with and can report back.

Thanks, yeah I'm sure part of it is anxiety/self sabotage, but a huge part is just like a weird mental block when it comes to getting back to them. This happens with everyone tbh but mainly with OLD because I don't know them and know my messages need to be quality. I could just open it and get back right away but I know that could lower my chances. It's a weirs situation to be in, where I have an abundance of matches, but only message like 1-3 and ruin my sense of abundance because of that. Tbh …

Its the pussyfication of America brother. It's hard to find anyone even motivated to leave their fuckin house nowadays. People criticize me for never being home or taking any down time, its like they view wasting your life in front of a screen as normal. Many men are afraid to approach/wing eachother up. Many men have no drive to succeed and just coast. Reminds me of that 50cent song mini men mini mini mini mini men
/r/seduction24/12/24 06:12 PM

I am, OLD works well for me but I prefer to meet someone IRL honestly. What are some good active hobbies? Rn I box, play music, gym, warhammer, hike, cook, but there are barely any if no groups available for anything where I am. I live in a retirement state Always thought about taking up rock climbing or learning how to dance. Other than that I have no idea but in general life, I will try anything once

Lmao thanks for the sex ed lesson bro. Thats all instinct and comes naturally when one actually cares and has passion imo. Biggest realization, and I'm glad you and others have pointed it out is that women are looking for hookups are essentially the same as women who are looking for a relationship, it all depends on what the circumstances are
/r/seduction23/12/24 05:59 PM
25

I feel like dating app algorithm gives guys who have a lot of matches more visibility to women, as it shows they are desirable, while guys who don't have many matches get poor visibility. Just like anything, it's easier to succeed if you're already doing well, easier to get rich if you already have money kinda thing.

Sounds about right honestly. These comments made me realize, I'm going to be changing my intent on dates from "I want to find a good gf/love" to "I want to have a fun time and smash" but I'm still going to go in independent of the outcome and just have fun regardless, but I do need to show more clear intent instead of like interviewing them for the girlfriend position lmao

This has been my mindset, which is why I made this post, because I'm trying to understand the mindset of the guys who make the technique lists and the guys who like them. To me, just having in my mind a few reminders "confidence, curiosity (or connection), clear intent" is the best way to do it so I can still focus on the real interaction in front of me. I call it the 3 C's. Still allows presence and authenticity while reminding myself of how I truly want to present myself to get what I want. I …

Oh definitely, in the end it all comes down to having that attractive personality that women want. The biggest difference is an average guy will have a harder time getting his foot through the door, but if he's on point, will pleasantly surprise a woman. An attractive guy automatically has his foot through the door, but if he doesn't fit her preconceived notions, it backfires hard for most women with standards (not saying that being attractive is a downside, but a guy really has to have a strong…

I will say from personal experience, looks do a hell of a lot to get your foot in the door and definitely make things a lot easier initially, especially with approaching/getting dates with attractive women. The issue that arises is if you have looks but not the personality/confidence to back the looks up, and are not sexually forward enough, then they lose interest still. Women expect a handsome guy to act like a handsome guy, but if he acts like an average guy, they wonder wtf is wrong with him…

Thank you, you hit the nail on the head with this! Some other comments seem to assume that I think she's out of my league, but that really isnt it, but i didnt know why the "switch" happens in my head. You made me aware though that its a defense mechanism to being nervous and new to going on dates in general. This happens when i start anything new to me until i settle in, not just dating, so i appreciate you bringing awareness to this, where i was wondering why it was happening
/r/seduction19/12/24 04:21 PM

Thank you. The thing is, i didnt think she's out of my league. She went on the date with me when i barely put in any effort and i have 100s of matches, i know im handsome and get compliments on my looks by women all the time. The issue is that I'm very self conscious about my personality and being masculine, idk why its just like a switch in my head.

Lmao if you need boosts to get matches then you need to work on making yourself and your profile more attractive. I dont use premium or boosts and can 5-15 matches a day per app. Better to pay a photographer/friend with a camera to take good pics, better to use the money on a couple of fun dates.. To answer OP, a gym membership, supplements, hygiene products, and saving the money for a good place to live & reliable vehicle.

I have an addon question to this.. what if they are going away on a trip for like a week after the first date? Basically say the same bit more of "Hey I had a good time, when you get back we should/ Id love to take you (activity)" That sound about right? Then keep in touch a little bit while they're gone? This is obviously more like if you really like them and want to date them, not just hookup. What do you do in this instance? And to OP so I can look like I'm contributing, yeah idk either man l…

Bro to me this shit is harder than rocket science. Texting to me is duller than watching paint dry. I don't know if I can't feel the other person's energy with me, I have literally nothing to go off of. Is there a book, or even a template that I can use or reference? It's such a weird duality, I have no idea why texting is so hard for me it just is I know I'm not autistic because of my real life interactions, but when it comes to texting I'm basically nonverbal 100/10 autism

I guess I don't even know how to have a normal text convo lol. Maybe I should just use voice-to-text, but then I still am reading their response as opposed to hearing/seeing/feeling it. Any guides simply on how to text someone? This is such a non answer. The OP already said they know that flirting is the things you listed.
