From 2018 to 2024, I didn't kiss a woman at all. In 2024, I've kissed at least 10 women during the end of a date. I haven't gotten turned down once. It was all intuition. First dates don't always have to end in a kiss. You'll be putting way too much pressure on yourself to try and force it which in turn, will make things feel awkward.

But you should be able to pick up on her body language as to whether she wants to be kissed or not. As others are saying, if they linger before you part ways, it's probably a good time to make a move.

The only way to really get less awkward is to have more experience. I know that’s not what you want to hear but I can’t really put it any other way. You probably have a subconscious fear of her rejecting your kiss, as most guys do when we are starting out.

Eat a lot of steak, eggs, lift some weights, put yourself in some dangerous and challenging situations (I highly recommend MMA or Boxing) and keep your hand off your cock and closing will be the easiest thing in the world.

If you want to end your first dates smoother, it actually starts DURING your date. That is, it’s ALWAYS going to be an awkward moment if you try and go from 0 to 100 at the end. Instead, focus on how you can build up some physical comfort and attraction DURING the date.

My number 1 advice to you is, work on kissing her DURING the date so that there isn’t that awkward moment at the end. Or…at the very least…break/push that physical barrier slowly but often DURING the date. The main benefits of this are twofold:

1) The obvious, you and her both get more comfortable being physically close.

2) It builds up YOUR internal confidence by the end of the date. Your mindset should be “we’ve already kissed so this is no big deal”.

From there, you can focus on how to escalate more afterwards IF the moment calls for it. Otherwise, you can just focus on ending it with high-energy / fun to ensure there’s a date 2. Hopefully some of this makes sense! Good luck OP!
